I'm using patch 1.3 beta in my game, haven't noticed that problem on any other manure pits and I have used a lot of standart and moded animal buildings. Anyway, I've just bought my first pigs and I noticed a problem with feed triger - it extends way out of the building. The water trigger is also very close to the slurry triger, not in the yellow markings. Haven't tested the slurry trigger yet. Straw trigger is perfect. Here are screens with the feed trigger problem.

The Manure pit of the Modern Cow building need a little adjustment.
